    3. 24(2sus)안에 끝나는 과정이며 and
    4. (a) 2학점이상(minimum)의 Legal Ethics 관련(Professional Responsibility 등) and
       (b) 2학점이상(minimum)의 Legal Research/Writing and
       (c) 2학점이상의 다음 과목들 중 하나(US Constitutional Law or Intro to US Laws or NY Practice(Civil Procedure)) and
       (d) 6학점이상의 NY Subjects 과목들 (Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, Property, Torts & Product Liability, Agency, Partnership, Tax, Family Law(Domestic Relations), Will & Trust (BA 등등), Federal Civil Procedure, Conflict of Laws)

    그리고 다음 과목들도 포함될 수 있는(may include) 있는
       (e) 최대(maximum) 4학점 이하의 Clinical Courses
       (f) 최대(maximum) 6학점 이하의 로스쿨제휴 프로그램(가령 LLM/MBA 등의 MBA 과목이나 LLM/Media 통신/언론관련 과목 등)도 가능
